Where do we cover and when do we respond?

The coverage is based upon parish council boundary areas. The map below shows the approximate area we respond to.



Currently we are the busiest scheme of our kind in the region. Last year we responded to approximately 2 calls a day. Whilst patient confidentially means we can't talk about specific cases, you can imagine we get to deal with a wide variety of patients and conditions, which makes responding immensely rewarding, challenging and interesting.

We aim to offer cover 24 hours a day 7 days a week, but we are all volunteers with full time jobs and families to think of. Currently we offer near to 100% cover, but there are rarely times we cannot offer help.
